another highlight of the day was watching "Brassed Off" on the Independent Film Channel. i love that movie NOT ONLY because it has His Majesty Sir Ewan of the Order of the Very Frickin' Gorgeous, but because it's set in a little mining town in Yorkshire, and i love movies with accents because i pick up their slang and imitate the dialect. i love it. scottish and english films have become a staple in my life. so if you start hearing me call females "love" and "lass" don't be worried. or instead of saying goodbye i've taken to saying "cheers, mate." and that's another thing, i call all my buddies mates nowadays. and also another quirk of mine that it displayed in both Trainspotting and Brassed Off, is saying "like" as a declarative article. such as: "we're going down to the pub, like. come along?" it's pretty fun. because nobody else talks like that.
aaaaaaaaaaah its me the most wonderful being in th whole universe (interrupção da Olga no blog... é o que dá postar from work)
